the past few days had been hectic.. with:

28/7/07 (Sat)
turned up for the Welcome Tea Session by the Dean so that we will learn more about bidding. met dear for a short while after his game of tennis and dinner with the e6 guys. then had to start reading through Organic Chem notes so that i could roughly refresh my memory for the tuition with Alvin

29/7/07 (Sun)
first time going to King Albert Park Mac. and i went there early in the morning for Chem tuition with Alvin. that place is big lo.. well.. i am seriously disgusted by how my memory fails me after not touching Chem for so long. i can actually stare super long at a simple stoichiometry qn. faints. and i kept referring to the solution book to explain. haiz. maybe i am nt cut out to teach afterall.

30/7/07 (Mon)
crash course on CORS and how to bid for modules by our seniors, went for Rag after lunch, but ended helping Cuiting pain the wall outside Sci Club. i was more of hindrance than a help, coz my first brush was too wet and the pain dripped. =X was fretting about wad i am gng to do during Registration coz heard that cant register earlier. and the thing is that my time slot was at 1500 which is the time that the Swiss NDP rehearsal is going to start. reached home at 1900 and had to rush down to admiralty, supposedly to go get my uniform for Swiss NDP, but in the end the auntie wasnt at home and she could not finish anyway.

31/7/07 (Tues)
Registration for Uni where i was lucky enough to be allowed to get my matric card way before my allocated time slot,coz i had NDP rehearsal in the afternoon. Chee Siang who reached slightly later than me was not allowed to take his card earlier. and so did Karling and Waye Ning's friend. went for NDP rehearsal later in the afternoon where we did the run through without the emcee. did so many mistakes in front of the other uniform groups that i feel super throw face. haiz.. but then that was the first run through. at least the second run through had fewer mistakes.

1/8/07 (Wed)
went back NUS with mel to buy and collect our laptops (Fujitsu S6410U). had a lot of confusion as we try to find people with NETS card and find out the maximum withdrawal for each card per day.
found out later at night tat i managed to pass my QET afterall..so did Shiqi and Candice so we are exempted from the Eng modules in uni. wahaha..

2/8/07 (Thurs)
tuition with Siew Ghim and Kat at JE library where we stayed till the library closed. dunnoe if they really know what i am saying. Also i was sort of multi-tasking when nearing the end, talking to dear over the phone and checking their work at the same time. oops.. sorry guys.. this wont happen the nxt week, promise xP

3/8/07 (Friday)
went back Swiss for the NDP rehearsal, where Timo marked out our positions. but the markings arent really very clear coz the colour of the tape is red and black. which blends in with the tiles. so our positions were out lo. hope it wont be that bad on the actual day,8/8/07.
heard from dear over the phone that he might be going NDU, explaining why he was going diving when i called at around 2200

4/8/07 (Saturday/Today)
went Westmall Mac as its the first maths lesson that dear was giving Alvin. dear super pro can. still can remember his pure math stuff w/o reading up beforehand. and i think he teaches better than i do lo. at least he asked questions to let Alvin think lo. all i did was wait for them to tell me which qn/parts they need me to go through. did past yr prelim qn for fun while dear was teaching. and i seriously lost my confidence when i spent super long on just 2 qn. super hard la. sadz

p/s can anyone explain to me why phenol forms tribrominated pdt with aqueous Br2 and only monobrominated pdt with Br2 in CCl4. coz jessie went online for the ans and i cant understand what she was trying to say. and dear said that there are double bonds in the benzene ring. faints...is this true?? i really want to cry when i saw that lo.. how to comment on that la. wth. somemore was 2005 PJC prelim paper la. so its definitely our syllabus. booz..

went lunch with dear and came home to sleep..till nearly 1900..omg. how more piggish can i get? and my mum tot i gt some illness when she saw my black eye rings under the dim light. LOLx.. but i do haf to admit that my dark eye rings and eye bags are quite bad sia. haiz...

well.. time to do organic chem questions to prepare for tml liao.. hope i can do better than last week *fingers crossed*
